Happy National cheese day!
I had homemade Cheese fondue for dinner tonight! It was deliciousss! 
 Cheese Fondue Recipe
- Swiss cheese
 - Gruyere cheese
 - A tablespoon of Kirschwasser cherry brandy
 - Schmitt sohne liebfraumilch (German wine)
 - 2 tablespoons corn starch to keep it from being stringy
 - And a little nutmeg.
 
Served with fresh french bread cut into bite sized pieces.
Mmmm.
